We do not ask for payment card numbers through this website.
Why we process data
- To respond to enquiries and administer programme places (legitimate interests and/or contract)
- To meet legal accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation)
- To improve site reliability with essential cookies (legitimate interests)
- Optional analytics only if you accept non-essential cookies (consent)
Retention
Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a booking follows, in which case records are retained for up to six years to satisfy accounting needs. Cookie consent choices remain in your browser until you clear storage.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability (where applicable), and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
