Refunds & Cancellation

Scope

This policy covers fees for PinePoint Institute programmes: intensives, drill evening series, weekend labs, and private chart review sessions. It does not cover third-party travel, hotels, or broker costs.

Cooling-off for distance bookings

If you book at a distance (for example by email) as a consumer, you may cancel within 14 days of booking unless the programme has already begun with your agreement to waive the right for that period. Once a programme has started, the cooling-off right no longer applies to the started service.

Deposits

Deposits for intensives and multi-evening series hold your seat. Deposits are refundable if we cancel the programme. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 14 days of the start date, except where we agree a transfer to a later cohort.

Cancellation by you

• More than 14 days before start: full refund of fees paid, minus a £40 administration charge where materials have already been prepared
• 14 days or fewer before start: 50% refund of fees paid, unless we fill your seat from the waiting list, in which case we refund in full minus the administration charge
• No-show: no refund for the missed programme or session

Private chart review

Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before the appointment for a full refund or free rebooking. Later cancellations or no-shows are charged in full. Work already completed in a partially delivered remote session is non-refundable for the elapsed time.

Cancellation by us

If we cancel or materially change a date, you may transfer to another date or receive a full refund of fees paid for that booking. We are not responsible for non-refundable travel you arranged independently.

Rescheduling

One complimentary transfer to a later published date is usually available if requested more than 14 days before start and space exists. Further transfers may incur a £40 fee.

Materials and work started

Printed drill packs issued to you are non-returnable. Custom chart packs prepared for private review after you submit files are non-refundable once preparation has begun, though unused session time may still be refunded under the private review rules above.

How to request a refund

Email hello@system-pinepoint.click with your name, programme, date, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five working days. Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within 10 working days of approval.
