Acceptance

By using https://system-pinepoint.click and by enrolling in PinePoint Institute programmes, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book a place.

About us

PinePoint Institute provides technical analysis training focused on pullback entry planning and stop placement drills. Contact details appear in the site footer and on the contact page.

Training disclaimer

Programmes teach chart-reading skills. They are educational. They are not investment advice, broker recommendations, or promises of trading profit. Markets involve risk of loss. Decisions you make with your capital remain yours alone.

Bookings and fees

Programme descriptions and rates on this site are informational. A place is confirmed only when we send written confirmation and any required deposit is received. We may decline a booking if a programme is full or unsuitable for the applicant’s experience level.

Intellectual property

Course materials, drill sheets, annotated examples produced in session for the group, and website content belong to PinePoint Institute or its licensors. You may keep personal notes and copies issued to you for your own study. You may not copy, resell, or publicly redistribute training materials without prior written consent.

Conduct

Participants must treat facilitators and peers respectfully. We may remove anyone who disrupts drills, records sessions without permission, or harasses others, without refund beyond what the refund policy allows.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law applicable in England and Wales, PinePoint Institute is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for trading losses arising from ideas discussed in training. Our aggregate liability arising from a booking is limited to fees paid for that booking.

Website use

You must not misuse the site (including attempting unauthorised access or introducing malware). Content is provided “as is” without warranty as to uninterrupted availability.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
